How can I return an item without feeling bad about it?
We understand that time flies and things like returns sometimes get put in your “I’ll do it later” folder. We are giving you 99 days to take care of your business. Just send us an email to and our service caddy will guide you through the process. For any exchanges or warranty items, we will pick up the freight both ways inside the lower 48. Please carefully package your return/exchange, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with it's packing materials. Outside of the lower 48, we will be happy to process the return but our crazy controller won't allow us to pick up the freight bill coming back. The only exception is that if you want to return an item you designed in our Lounge for a reason such as “I hate my design”, we can’t take a return on those!
How long should my head cover last?
A few years back, we had a bad issue with fabric and our head covers were not making us very proud. This was a problem for us!! Luckily, through some nasty Skype calls and fury-laden emails, we have fixed the problem and are very comfortable with our product quality in the head cover world. We are not going to lie. It sucked! If you see any unrealistic wear and tear inside a year from purchase, its time to get the service caddy involved!
