We understand that time flies and things like returns sometimes get put in your “I’ll do it later” folder. We are giving you 30 days to take care of your business. Just send us an email to email@example.com and we will guide you through the process. For any exchanges or warranty items, we will pick up the freight both ways inside the lower 48. Please carefully package your return/exchange, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with it’s packing materials. Outside of the lower 48, we will be happy to process the return but our crazy controller won’t allow us to pick up the freight bill coming back.
